Overview The award modification workspace is the home page for all information about an award modification. From the workspace you can view modification details, view the current state of the modification, and complete necessary activities on the modification. The award modification workspace can be accessed by individuals attached to the award, including the Principal Investigator (PI), Project Team Personnel, Reviewers, and ORSP. Overview At the top of the Award Workspace, a Status map displays “traffic signals”, actions, and statuses to indicate an Award’s progression through the workflow. The map will only show the stops and actions that are applicable to the Award. Each stop on the map can be one of the following symbols:
Overview The Edit Staff Notes activity allows ORSP to communicate between PR and Support Staff. Overview ORSP can cancel an Award when the Award is in the state of "Initial Award Processing," if it was created by mistake to cancel the Award record and return the associated PAF to the state of "Submitted to Sponsor." Navigation Role: ORSP > Award workspace > Cancel Award activity
Overview This procedure details how to make a clone (copy) of an existing Proposal Approval Form (PAF) Worksheet. Before you begin, you need to locate the PAF you want to clone. Who Can Clone: If you are listed on a PAF as key or administrative personnel with edit rights, administrative personnel listed on the related Award, or in the department administrative home chain, then you can clone it. Overview After Project Closeout is initiated, ORSP can then complete the Close Project activity to move the state of the award from "Project Closeout" to "Closed". Prior to closing the award, any outstanding modifications, project team requests or deliverables should be completed.
