3.14 Indirect Cost Waiver eResearch Proposal Management (eRPM) is NOT a way to request an indirect cost waiver. eRPM is only used to confirm approvals. Request indirect cost waiver directly from the unit and record agreement in eRPM. Important Before you can route for approval, you must either: - Attach Indirect Cost Waiver Documentation in 3.14 OR - Provide relevant details for subcontracts in the 3.15 Notes field.
3.2 UM Cost Share eRPM is only used to confirm cost sharing approvals. Request cost sharing outside of the eRPM system & record commitments in eRPM. Request cost sharing directly from participating units to secure commitments. Record commitments in the UM Cost Sharing section. 4.2 General Space Requirements Indicate any space required that is not associated with specific key personnel. Note Space information that you can select in this section comes from the M-Pathways Financials system (Space Management database).  This information is updated from a nightly feed.  If changes are required, please have them made in M-Pathways Financials System via the Space Survey or other mechanism.
4.4.1 Location Details If work will take place off U-M property, enter the name of the space in the Description of Non-University Location field and click OK.  List if any work is to take place in another city, state or country.
