Overview U-M Principal Investigators (PIs) must review and approve Award Change Request records (ACR) using the Approve ACR activity. PIs will receive an email notification of ACRs needing approval, or they can access the record from the ACRs Not Yet Approved by PI list on the ACRs inbox tab. 
Overview After the Office of Contract Administration (OCA) completes the draft subcontract (SUBK) agreement, the Principal Investigator (PI) on the subcontract receives an email notification to review and approve the draft in the eResearch Proposal Management (eRPM) system. Overview The Post a Comment activity allows the PI & Project Team to email messages and attach documents about an Award, Award Change Request, or an Award Modification. Posting a comment is a communication tool only, and will not update, make changes to, or submit your request. Documents added with Post a Comment will not display on the AWD Docs tab on the Award, Change Request, or Modification workspaces; they will only display on the Activity Log tab.
Overview Anyone can use the Post a Comment for the Entire Project activity in eResearch Proposal Management (eRPM) to communicate with others involved in the project. Comments can be posted by anyone with access to the project, while the project is in any state.  Posting a comment does not change the state of the PAF or UFA.
Overview The following is an example of an email notification generated by eRPM to alert specified recipients (selected by the person posting the comment) that a comment was posted to the project. The email subject line is “Post a Comment Subject Line, Project ID, (PI's last name)”.
