Overview The Edit Staff Notes activity allows ORSP to communicate between PR and Support Staff. With this activity you can: Edit staff notes Upload documentation Move the Award record to and from Project Representatives and Support Staff Navigation Role: ORSP > Award workspace > Edit Staff Notes activity
Overview ORSP can cancel an Award when the Award is in the state of "Initial Award Processing," if it was created by mistake to cancel the Award record and return the associated PAF to the state of "Submitted to Sponsor." Navigation Role: ORSP > Award workspace > Cancel Award activity
Overview If ORSP determines that an Award Modification is required, based on information submitted by the PI in the Award Change Request or for other reasons, then ORSP can create an Award Modification. Refer to the Award Modifications Overview for more information about reasons, workflow, and modification types. Navigation Role: ORSP > Award Workspace > Create Award Modification button
Overview The Edit Award Worksheet activity allows ORSP to edit/update an Award. You can sequentially edit each section of the Award using the Continue button, or click a Forms menu link to edit a specific section of the award. You must click Save to save any changes you have made.

Overview This procedure documents steps for ORSP to initiate award processing from a Proposal Approval Form (PAF) in eRPM. This activity is available on PAFs in the state of "Submitted to Sponsor", "Negotiation in Progress", "Post-Submission Project Team Requests Action", or "Awarded" (in certain cases when the same PAF is used to create a second Award). Completing this activity will begin the creation of an Award Record by enabling the Create Award button. Navigation Role: ORSP > PAF workspace > Initiate Award Processing
