Overview
This document shows examples of the tabs that are available to track Awards in the Home workspace for ORSP-PR, ORSP-Staff, and ORSP-Coverage roles. Awards will be listed on different tabs depending on their state.

All Awards Page
If you need to search across all awards, the All Awards page (next to My Home) lists all Created/Pending/Active Awards, ACRs in Progress, Mods in Progress, and Cancelled/Terminated/Closed Awards on four separate tabs. The lists are sortable, just as others are in eRPM.

Awards Inbox tab
Awards that require ORSP action will display here. Tip To open tabs under More... in a new browser tab, hold Ctrl and click the desired sub-tab on a PC, or hold Command and click the desired sub-tab on a Mac.
On this tab, projects are grouped as follows:
- Awards
- Modifications
- Subcontracts
- Agreement Acceptance Requests
- UFAs
- Hardships
- FOIA Letter
ACRs
Award Change Requests listers include the ACR Type/Status table.
Contracts to be Signed*
*This tab will only display for PR's with contract signing authority. On this tab, projects are group as follows:
- Awards Ready for Signature
- Modifications Ready for Signature
Hotlist
Awards can be added to the Hotlist tab.
Staff Inbox tab
On this tab, projects are grouped as follows:
- Proposals
- Awards
- Modifications
- Contracts
- UFAs
- Hardships
Awards in Progress tab
On this tab, projects are grouped as follows:
- Awards on Hold
- Modifications on Hold
- Awards on Compliance Hold
- Modifications on Compliance Hold
- Awards in Progress
- Modifications in Progress
- UFA

Contracts Inbox tab
On this tab, contracts that require action are grouped as follows:
- Award Contracts Inbox
- Partially Signed Awards with Sponsor
- Modifications Contracts
- Partially Signed Mods with Sponsor
- PAF - Approved Contracts
- PAF - Partially Signed Contracts with Sponsor
Hotlist
Awards can be added to the Hotlist tab.
PR Inbox
Lists Awards, Modifications, and Change Requests that are in the PR's Inbox (in addition to Proposals, UFAs, and Hardships).
Awards In Progress
Same as what ORSP PR sees above.
Active Projects
Lists Awards (and UFAs) that are in the state of Active.
