Overview Zoom phone deskset VVX 250 allows you to access your voicemail messages and record your voicemail greeting. Follow the steps below to access your voicemail messages on VVX 250 deskset.

Overview The Subscription Center allows Call Queue admins to schedule Zoom Phone Call Queue Historical reports to be emailed to them daily, weekly, or monthly. 
Zoom Phone Power Pack is an enhanced license that offers Call queue Real-time analytics & Historical reports, and provides access to the User Performance reports.

On the first day you have access to your Zoom phone there are several setup tasks that need to be completed. Make sure the Zoom application is installed on the device you want to use for your U-M phone calls. (e.g. U-M provided laptop or desktop, personal cell phone, etc.) Content Most of these tasks must be completed on your desktop/laptop with the exception of Location Permission setup on your mobile device.
