Overview
Access and permissions to the Service Request System are determined by a unit's Department ID Manager or Proxy.
SRS
The Chartfield Change Request is an Service Request System (SRS) application used to request or make a change to existing Chartfields for phone line services.
This document covers how to run and format the Inventory and Location Report in the Service Request System.
The Service Request System (SRS) is a one-stop shop for ordering and managing ITS telecommunications and infrastructure products and services like phone lines, phone features, and videoconferencing.
Note: Anyone with an active MCommunity name will be able to access the SRS web page. You will not necessarily have access to the telephony services unless you request access. If you don’t have access to Telecom ordering or all reporting, you will see the following message:

Unit Ambassadors and SRS submitters can use the Add Deskset Tool to request a project-funded deskset for a user whose number has already transitioned to Zoom phone with a softphone only. It is available on the Telephone Upgrade Project Transition Tools page to those who have access.

You can find all Exchange Voicemail lines for your unit in Telephone Upgrade Request Form (TURF) or in the Inventory & Location Report:

To view the VoIP phone lines in the Telephone Upgrade Request Form (TURF):
The Telephone Upgrade Request Form displays your request submissions to view and a “Download CSV” link to download them for each department. To view the results of your request submission:
Navigate to Service Request System (SRS)
Go to Telephone, Data, and Video
Click Phone Settings & Features
Click Add SMS texting to Zoom phone in the middle right selection.
