Important This activity should only be used when an entire new visit is being recorded. To edit the same visit, use the Update Current ATR Visit activity.
Overview When exporting some Custom Search Reports as an Excel spreadsheet, you may find it necessary to reformat cells that don’t correctly separate data with a delimiter (e.g., a comma, semicolon or colon). This procedure demonstrates how to reformat data in these cells to include a delimiter. The following formula can be used to reformat cell data with a delimiter:  =SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(E2,CHAR(13),””),CHAR(10),”,”)
Breeding Sheets are used to track animals that were bred in a lab. PIs/Lab Personnel can request Breeding Sheets from an approved protocol’s workspace.
Overview Quick Cards are used for tracking animals that were not bred or ordered. PIs/Lab Personnel will usually request Quick Cards from an active USE form workspace (other than Shipping Form – Export). Quick Cards can also be requested from an approved protocol’s workspace.
Overview Animal Care and Use Office (ACUO) RCAs can submit a USDA Information Request for PI/Lab Personnel to complete on a protocols that are in a state of Approved, Canceled, Expired, or Suspended.  The PI/Lab Personnel will get an email alerting them to take action.
