Telephone Support

Overview Inbound Caller ID is available on most administrative telephone lines on the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor campus. There is no additional charge for this service. Note Inbound Caller ID may not be available to some units who receive their telephone service from a departmental system or who are located off campus. Using Inbound Caller ID requires either a Caller ID telephone or Caller ID display box. Many telephones purchased through ITS have Caller ID displays.
Overview The Cisco Unified Communications Self Care Portal is an online web tool used to create speed dials and line forwarding. Note Prior to use, a user id needs to be created and associated to the line. Log in to the Cisco Web Inbox for your U-M campus with the provided username and password:
Note: Please do not forward your university phone to a personal or home telephone number in an emergency shut down of the U-M campus. This feature is reserved for critical operations. Instead, please keep your MCommunity profile updated with your preferred contact methods.  Quick Start Guides
