Tracking PAFs/Proposals/Projects
Roles
You will work in eRPM in a specific role:
- PI & Project Team (to create PAFs)
- Reviewer (to review and or approve PAFs)
Your active role will be in bold.
Home Workspace
Your Home workspace is used to:
- Track your PAFs/Proposals/Projects for each role.
- Divide into different sections and tabs your PAFs/Proposals/Projects through various parts of the process.
- Where a proposal/project is in the process is noted with a Current State.
To learn more about your Home Workspace, see:
- PI & Project Team Home Workspace (role used to create PAFs/Proposals)
- Reviewer Home Workspace (role used to review or approve PAFs for individuals given permission for specific Dept IDs. See your Research Unit Liaison for more information.)
To view all PAFs/Proposals/Projects you have access to, you can use the All PAFs tab from anywhere in eRPM. To learn how, see: Find PAFs/Proposals.
PAF Workspace
When you click on a link to a created PAF, the PAF's Workspace opens. A Status Map shows where in the workflow the PAF/Proposal/Project is. Colored symbols and statuses display to indicate a PAF’s progression through Pre-Submission, Post-Submission, and Processing Award. Refer to the PAF Status Map guide for details.
