Membership Programs within DART are used by a very small number of units who have chosen to track their membership users within the application. Membership coordinators in the participating units manually execute the Membership Contribution process on a weekly basis to scan for recent gifts made to the established membership program’s designation(s), and then create new, or renew existing, memberships for those constituents.

University Development gift officers create and maintain plans to identify, engage, and solicit constituents to contribute to the university (i.e., the constituent is identified as a prospect in DART). Prospect plans record and track activities to facilitate rewarding life-long relationships between donors and the university.
