Accessing MiServer vCenter via Jump Server

You must be located on a U-M network or connected to U-M VPN to access the MiServer jump server on RDP protocol. In addition, you must use a MiServer jump account that has been registered to UM Duo in order to connect to the jump server.

1. Open an RDP connection to jump.svc.miserver.it.umich.edu.
   Windows users - use Remote Desktop Connection
   Mac users - use the Windows app
   Linux users - download an RDP client like Remmina if you do not already have one
2. Log into RDP with miserver-uniqname and accept the Duo push.
3. Open a web browser to vcenter.umich.edu/ui, or click the vCenter shortcut on the desktop. Log in to vCenter with the U-M credentials that have access to your MiServer VMs. Do not use the jump account to sign into vCenter.
