Denodo
From Tableau Desktop
Tableau currently offers both ODBC and JDBC Denodo connectors; however, as of Tableau 2023.1 the ODBC connector is deprecated and will likely be removed from a future version of Tableau. As a result, Tableau connections to Denodo should use the JDBC connector.

Several Denodo data source types, including, but not limited to, Delimited, Excel, JSON, and XML, can be configured to connect to files on FTP/SFTP/FTPS hosts. For information on accessing an SFTP Server for files to be retrieved by Denodo, see the Denodo FTP/SFTP/FTPS Path page.
If you have access to or are able to create a server running SFTP, note the following:
Important: Ensure any sources (databases, FTP servers, API endpoints, etc.) to which you wish to connect are open to the Denodo server environments. If the source data is hosted in an ITS MiDatabase or MiServer, reference the firewall group name "Denodo_vdp" as the source within your firewall request to the ITS Service Center via TeamDynamix (TDx). For all other sources, reference the following IP’s as the source within your request to the appropriate network\firewall support group:
