Print Reports for a Bill of Materials in Infrastructure Apps

Overview

This document includes steps for how to print Bill of Material (BOM) reports in Infrastructure Apps.

Note: If you have not logged in to the Service Request System (SRS) before, you will be redirected to an SRS login page, where you can enter your credentials. You will then be redirected to the BOM homepage.

Search for an Order

1. Log in to the BOM tool at https://srs.it.umich.edu/apps/bom/. 
2. Click Find an Estimate.
3. Enter the Preorder number, Workorder number, or description in the Search Open Preorders/Workorders field to begin a search. 
   
4. Click on the applicable Preorders/Workorders row.  
5. Select the desired report and the print preview window will appear.

6. Press “<cmd> p” for a macOS machine, “<control> p” for a Windows machine, or right-click > Print to send the file to the printer
