Data Availability
If you are unable to see the latest or expected data for a student in the Student Explorer, it may be due to a data refresh error during the nightly process. ITS is aware when this happens, and will re-run the refresh process after 4 p.m. During the refresh process, the app is available for users; however, the latest data will not be available until the next day. Please check back at that time. If you still see data discrepancies, contact the ITS Service Center.
