The Enterprise Health application requires all proof of vaccinations be submitted in a single file. If your vaccination information is in multiple files, follow one of the instructions below to combine them into a single file.
Combine PDFs
Combine Files in Acrobat
- Open Adobe Acrobat.
- Choose File > Create > Combine Multiple Files into a single PDF.
- If the file is already open, click Combine Files in the right-hand panel.
- Click Add Files or Add Open Files.
- You can also drag files into the Add Files window.
- Click Combine to merge all of the files into one PDF.
Combine Files on the Desktop
- Shift-click all the required documents on your desktop.
- On a PC, right-click and choose Combine Files in Acrobat
OR on a Mac, Ctrl-click and choose Quick Actions > Create PDF.
Tips for arranging merged PDF documents before combining
- You can expand multi-page documents to reorder or delete individual pages by clicking the Expand icon that appears at the top right of the file thumbnail when you hover your cursor over it.
- When you click the Expand icon, thumbnails of each page in the file let you review which pages will be added to the combined PDF.
Combine Multiple File Types
If your vaccination proof includes multiple file types, e.g., PDF, JPG, etc., the recommended method for creating a single file is to copy all of the files into a single Google Doc file. Once all information is in the file, click File > Download > PDF Document, name the file, and save it.
