- Open a browser from the MiDesktop jump server and navigate to https://cs1.midesktop.it.umich.edu/admin
- Log in with credentials in your MiDesktop Active Directory admin group
- Some pool configurations can be edited to fit customer and end user needs. These include:
- Pool display name
- Active Directory OU
- Entitle users
- Schedule an Image Push or Set a Pool with a New Base Image and/or Snapshot
- View/manage user desktop sessions
- Change pool networks
- Add/remove pool restrictions (such as limit to local connections)
- Note: users under no circumstances should edit the pool size or create/delete pools from the Horizon View admin console. Changes to the pools must be made via the SRS ordering system
