Student Success Viewer users can access their dashboard directly using Tableau:

If you have access to the LSA Undergraduate Advising File, you can access Student Success Viewer from there as well. From any LSA Undergraduate Advising File page, under Single Student on the left menu, click Term Progress, then Stu Success Viewer.
NOTE: LSA Undergraduate Advising File users who do not have access to Student Success Viewer will be able to see the link in the Advising File, but will see a "Permission Denied" message when they click the link.
To request access to the Student Success Viewer, submit the Student Success Viewer Access Request form.
