Michigan Medicine Development

DART provides a means for the Office of Development staff within Michigan Medicine (MIMED) to track the complete cycle of work involved in identifying, interacting with, and ultimately receiving philanthropic gifts from individuals who are grateful for the experience they have had with the University’s Medical staff/services.

Patient data comes from the Health System Data Warehouse, and is administered by Michigan Medicine.  It contains inpatient and outpatient information for potential grateful patients meeting specific criteria as defined by Michigan Medicine Development.  All of the data stored in DART within the MIMED Data tab is protected health information (PHI) and must be properly safeguarded, so it is only available to select DART application users.
