Uninstall Cisco Jabber Client

As current Cisco Jabber softphones are transitioned to U-M Zoom Phone service, the existing Jabber clients should be uninstalled.

• Users with administrative rights to their computer should follow the steps to uninstall Cisco Jabber for Windows or Mac computers

• Users without administrative rights to their computer will need to work with their local IT or ITS Service Center to uninstall Cisco Jabber client.
