Anyone can search, browse, and click on links in New Wolverine Access. However, only those with uniqnames can log in to save or view their favorites.
For users with friend accounts (e.g. parents): You can still access the tools or systems you need, e.g. paying student bills. You will be asked to log in with your friend account after you click your desired link. Full support for friend accounts is coming soon.
First Time Logging In
The first time you log in, you may be asked if you’d like to connect to Canvas. If you connect to Canvas, you will see your active Canvas courses displayed on your home page. This is optional, and you can always connect or disconnect Canvas later.
Customize your Home Page
Wolverine Access will automatically detect your role (student, faculty, staff) and display links that are relevant for you. You can customize your home page by adding favorites and bookmarks, adding your Canvas courses, or by reordering the sections on your home page.

Prefer how things are labeled and ordered on classic Wolverine Access? Use the "Classic Wolverine Access" links at the very top of the page.
Search & Find Links
There are three ways to find what you’re looking for:
- Search (Recommended): Type a keyword or the name of a system or tool in the search bar
- Browse Collections: Collections are groups of links related to a particular. You can find these on your home page under the “For Everyone” and “Just for Students/Faculty & Staff” headings. You can also search for collections!
- Browse Categories: Use the “Browse Categories” menu beneath the search bar to browse by category.
