eRAM: Complete EHS Medical Surveillance Form

Effective December 7, 2025, the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Medical Surveillance Questionnaire (MSQ) completed by all ULAM husbandry staff has moved out of eRAM and into U-M’s Enterprise Health portal.
