MiDesktop Jump Server Access

You must be located on a U-M network or connected to U-M VPN to access the server on RDP protocol.

1. Open a Remote Desktop Application and connect to vdi-jmppra01.adsroot.itcs.umich.edu using the RDP protocol
2. Log in with midesktop-uniqname. (If you do not have a MiDesktop jump account, follow the instructions for requesting one here: MiDesktop Jump Account). 
3. Once on the jump server, open a browser and log in with your standard uniqname and password to either vcenter.umich.edu to manage base images or cs1.midesktop.it.umich.edu/admin to manage desktop pools.
