Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is integrated with Active Directory (AD), so most Windows services requiring certificates will use AD to locate the available Certificate Authorities (CAs). If you see a pop-up list of available CAs while working with your AD computer, be sure to choose the "UMROOT Issuing CA" for certificate requests.
