Activate FirstNet/Frontline Priority Cellular eSIM for Apple iPhone

Important Note: Priority service will be provided by a carrier different from your current carrier. This way, the phone will have access to the coverage of two carriers. Currently, the priority cellular carriers are either AT&T FirstNet or Verizon Frontline.
  1. Once your priority cellular eSIM is enabled by ITS, you will receive a notification on your device from AT&T FirstNet (or Verizon Frontline).
  2. Tap the notification.
  3. Tap Activate in the notification and follow the prompts.

  1. Follow the prompts on the screen to set up your preferences for Default Line, iMessage & FaceTime, Contacts' Preferred Line, and Cellular Data.

  1. Label your priority eSIM:
    • Tap Settings.
    • Tap Cellular -> SIMs, and select the provisioned eSIM.
    • Click Cellular Plan Label to customize the eSIM label.

  1. Check the icons in the status bar: When your device setup is complete, lock the screen, and verify your Priority Service is active. FirstNet (or Frontline) should be added at the top left of your Lock Screen.
