Add New Quick Connect

1. Log in to Amazon Connect.
2. On the navigation menu, choose Routing> Quick connects.

1. Click Add new.
2. Choose one of the following types.
   • User 
   • Phone Number
   • Queue
3. Enter details, then Save.

Add to Queue

1. Log in to Amazon Connect.
2. On the navigation menu, choose Routing> Queues.
3. Locate the Queue that is a part of the agent’s Routing Profile.
4. Click on the Hyperlink Queue name.
5. Assign the Quick connect to that Queue by clicking on the Quick connects box and placing a checkmark next to the Quick connect to be added.
6. Click Save.​
